On the 23rd June 2019 Woodbridge waterfront came alive with the sounds of the annual Regatta.
The making of our St Ayles Skiff, ‘Whissock’ was generously supported by the Woodbridge Town Council so it was our pleasure to show it off to all the towns visitors on Regatta day.
Although we had to wait until later in the afternoon to have enough tide to launch, the crew, coxed by Julian taylor (WCRC Captain), took to the water with a mixed crew.
The conditions were quite suited to coastal rowing and we jostled through the moorings along with other sailing, motor and rowed boats.
